Refund policy
We want you to love what you bought as much as we love you. If for whatever reason you aren't happy with your purchase please let us know within 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To request a return, please email LetsChat@soulsimple.ae with your order number, and one of our team members will get back to you shortly! We are a tiny team of real live humans so please be patient.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email LetsChat@soulsimple.ae with your order number and a photo of the garment, and we'll take care of you!
It is our goal that you love your purchase, so feel free to contact us with any questions you have before ordering, and we’ll be happy to help!
Non-returnable items
Custom pre-ordered garments cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
